Petition to Extend the Act - the Family Planning Association has a petition on the Ten Downing Street website calling on the Prime Minister to extend the 1967 Abortion Act to Northern Ireland. It has asked us to circulate details of the petition as widely as possible.

Fpa has released a series of videos on abortion rights in Northern Ireland and the campaign to extend the 1967 Abortion Act to Northern Ireland.

They have also released the results of a Opinion Survey that shows that only 20% of people in Northern Irelannd favour the ban on abortion implied in the current NI law.
