Informing Choices Northern Ireland
Informing Choices NI is a sexual and reproductive health charity. They provide a sexual health helpline, 02890 316100, offer non-directive pregnancy choices and post pregnancy counselling, deliver RSE programmes to parents and individuals with a learning disability, provide training to healthcare professionals and advocate for sexual and reproductive health services to meet the needs of all citizens in Northern Ireland.

Women Help Women is an international activist non-profit organization working on access to abortion. If you require abortion pills by post, please contact Women Help Women.
They are feminist activists, trained counsellors, medical professionals, and researchers based across four continents who have a strong focus on supporting self-managed abortion, especially in places where abortion is restricted by laws, stigma and lack of access.

My Options is a HSE (Republic of Ireland) freephone line that provides free and confidential information and counselling to people experiencing an unplanned pregnancy.
MyOptions serves as a central access point for abortion. Please contact them if you live in the south and require assistance.

Rape Crisis Northern Ireland is a non-governmental organisation and support service for anyone who is 18 and over and has experienced serious sexual assault and rape in adulthood.

DfCNI was established in 2019. They are a group of Northern Ireland clinicians campaigning for UK wide decriminalisation and provision of free, safe, legal abortion in Northern Ireland. The Abortion Rights Campaign (ARC) is a grassroots all-volunteer group dedicated to achieving free, safe and legal abortion care everywhere on the island of Ireland, for everyone who wants or needs it.
ARC was one of the three core groups that formed the civil society organisation Together for Yes, which successfully campaigned for a Yes vote in the referendum to repeal the 8th amendment from the Irish constitution in May 2018.
